Topo Padilla isn’t afraid to TALK ABOUT THINGS!!! Whether it’s public safety, criminal justice, or standing up for victims’ rights, Topo brings passion, experience, and a whole lot of heart to every conversation.

Topo is a lifelong resident of California, where he and his family have dedicated much of their time, money, and efforts to making their communities a great place to live. He has been involved in the criminal justice system as a licensed bail agent for over 41 years. In this role, he helps people exercise their right to bail while ensuring that the courts and victims of crime have the assurance that the individuals will appear in court.

Topo serves on several boards and has held the position of president for both the National Bail Association and a State Bail Association. Currently, he proudly serves as the President of Crime Victims United. He devotes more than 50% of his time to helping non-profits and other organizations in their efforts. Additionally, he has been an auctioneer for over 30 years, assisting thousands of non-profits in raising funds.

One of Topo’s favorite activities is umpiring baseball; he has umpired Little League, high school, and college games. He states, “I am not leaving California. I am staying to fight the fight and help California maintain its magnificent beauty and ensure the best public safety!”
