1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern use of saclife.tv and the website features offered by Sacramento Life TV (“Sac Life TV,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including streaming, on-demand content, forms, and online purchases. Where we request acceptance of these Terms, selecting the acceptance checkbox or completing the stated acceptance step signifies your agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the services covered by these Terms.

A separately accepted service agreement governs the specific services you purchase. If it conflicts with these Terms, that agreement controls for those services. Services offered by Sac Life Media or another provider are governed by the agreement identifying that provider.

2. Website Use and Accounts

You may use the website for lawful purposes and view programming for personal, noncommercial use, subject to applicable content rights. You must be at least 18, or have authorization from a parent or legal guardian, to make a purchase or enter a service agreement. If acting for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

If account features are available, provide accurate information, protect your login credentials, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. Do not impersonate others, introduce malware, interfere with website operation, bypass access restrictions, collect personal information without authorization, or use automated tools to extract or reproduce content without permission, except as permitted by law.

3. Ownership and Permitted Sharing

Website text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, audio, and other materials belong to Sac Life TV or their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Viewing content does not transfer ownership or grant commercial distribution rights.

You may share publicly available page links and use sharing or embedding features where enabled and permitted by the content owner. Except as authorized or permitted by law, you may not download, reproduce, edit, rebroadcast, sell, or commercially exploit website content. Rights to client production files and deliverables are determined by the applicable service agreement.

4. Streaming and Programming

Programming schedules, content availability, and distribution platforms may change because of licensing, technical issues, provider requirements, or other operational needs. Streaming quality depends on your device, internet connection, and third-party systems. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or availability of a particular program.

Guests, producers, advertisers, and other contributors express their own views. Their appearance does not necessarily represent Sac Life TV’s views or endorsement. Content is provided for information and entertainment and is not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice.

5. Purchases and Service Agreements

Advertising, sponsorships, streaming programmer packages, Ambassador memberships, production, and other paid services are subject to the description, price, payment schedule, and agreement presented when you purchase. Review those terms before paying. We will disclose applicable charges before you complete the transaction.

Unless expressly included in your agreement, a purchase does not guarantee a specific number of viewers, impressions, leads, sales, donations, cable placements, or placement on every streaming platform. Scheduling and placement commitments are those stated in the applicable agreement. Proposed scope changes require agreement on any additional charges and timing.

6. Recurring Payments and Cancellation

If a service renews automatically or involves recurring billing, its price, billing frequency, renewal terms, and cancellation method will be disclosed before enrollment. Recurring charges require your express affirmative consent to the recurring-payment terms; accepting these general website Terms alone does not authorize recurring billing.

We will provide the confirmation, reminders, renewal notices, and fee-change notices required by applicable law. For covered consumer subscriptions enrolled in online, we will provide an easy online cancellation method that does not obstruct or delay cancellation. You may also contact [email protected] for cancellation assistance.

Cancellation stops future renewals as described in your purchase terms and applicable law. Any remaining fixed-term obligations, access through the paid period, refunds, and charges for completed work are governed by the applicable agreement and law.

7. Refunds and Rescheduling

Refund, cancellation, and rescheduling terms for a particular service will be disclosed in its purchase terms or service agreement. These website Terms do not impose a blanket nonrefundable policy. If no policy is stated, contact us before purchasing or promptly after a billing issue so we can address the request. Nothing in these Terms limits a refund or other remedy required by law.

8. Content and Materials You Submit

You retain ownership of materials you submit. You represent that you have the rights, permissions, releases, and authority needed for our agreed use of your videos, music, photographs, trademarks, and other materials, including permissions involving identifiable people and minors where required.

For content you expressly submit for publication, broadcasting, or promotion, you grant us a nonexclusive license to host, reproduce, transcode, format, display, distribute, and use that content to provide the agreed service and promotion, within the scope and duration of your service agreement or submission authorization. Private inquiries and materials submitted solely for review are not automatically licensed for public broadcast or promotion.

We may decline or remove content that infringes rights, violates law, contains deceptive claims, threatens or harasses others, or fails applicable technical or editorial requirements. Removal of paid content and any resulting remedies remain subject to your agreement and applicable law.

9. Third-Party Services

The website may link to or embed third-party video players, payment processors, scheduling tools, applications, or external websites. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their independent operations or content. Their involvement does not remove any responsibility we have under your agreement or applicable law.

10. Privacy and Communications

Our separate Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and shared. Please review it before submitting personal information. These Terms do not replace that policy or provide blanket consent to marketing, tracking, or the sale or sharing of personal information.

We may send communications needed to respond to your inquiry, process an order, or deliver a service. Marketing emails and text messages are subject to applicable consent requirements and opt-out options. Purchasing a service or submitting a form does not by itself authorize marketing text messages.

11. Donations

Any donation is subject to the information and terms presented on the donation page. Payments for advertising, sponsorship benefits, memberships, or production are not automatically charitable donations. Any tax treatment depends on the recipient’s status, the benefits received, and applicable law. Consult your tax adviser about deductibility.

12. Copyright and Other Complaints

To report suspected copyright infringement or other unlawful content, email [email protected] with the page URL, a description of the material and your concern, your contact information, and documentation supporting your claim. We will review the report and respond as appropriate. This contact does not represent that we have registered a designated agent under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

13. Disclaimers and Limitations

To the extent permitted by law, the general website and free streaming features are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. This does not override express commitments in a paid service agreement.

To the extent permitted by law, Sac Life TV is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from website use. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, unlawful conduct, or any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

14. Suspension, Changes, and General Terms

We may restrict access for material violations of these Terms, security threats, or legal requirements. Any effect on paid services is subject to your agreement and applicable law.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Material changes will be communicated as required by law, and additional acceptance will be obtained where required. Changes will not retroactively alter an existing paid agreement without the necessary consent.

California law governs these Terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing limits mandatory protections available in your place of residence. These Terms do not require arbitration or waive class-action rights. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
